I first ordered back in 10/10/19-Citizen Brown, thru their IG
I received the item on 10/12, just 2days

On 12/11/22, I ordered Twilight Rose Gold thru their website
There was an issue with the shipping then, wherein I received a txt msg from the courier that they will deliver the item on 12/16 but nobody arrived & my status on ninjavan page was changed into "The customer requested a change of date/time of delivery" -which I never did
I work from home & nobody arrived.
So I messaged their IG to let them know & they said they will check with them(ninjavan) I never got an update after that
It was worrisome & I already paid for the item online.
Thankfully I received it on 12/19th -so a total of 8days.

Last 01/05/23, I ordered again thru their Lazada.
Citizen Black & Luna Rose Gold, which I will gift to my father & sister for their bdays.
No issues with shipping & I received the items on 01/09th -4 days only

Overall, they all arrived in good condition & looked very classy.
Best to order thru their IG & Lazada for faster shipping.
My first tvrus watch in 2019 is still working although I have already had its battery changed a couple of times.
I had also had the straps changed at SM because it had already started peeling/flaking.

I will definitely order again (thru Lazada/IG, not thru website anymore) for my mother's bday this year.
Also planning to get my youngest sister's first watch here (the Aurora) if it would be available. I noticed it has been unavailable for months now.

This is my second TVRUS timepiece and I am never disappointed. I love the design of Twilight because it can be used for casual or formal occasions. Can't wait to get another TVRUS watch!
