• Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the next day and therefore qualify for next business day delivery. Business days are Monday- Friday (not including public holidays). Metro Manila shipments take 2-3 business days & Provincial shipments take 3-7 business days depending on the location.

Yes! We will be needing a third-party courier to assist us in this type of transaction. (GrabExpress or MrSpeedy) The ₱200 fee includes the fees already.

We guarantee against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Automatic watches are bumped up to 18 months. 

TVRUS is fully committed to customer satisfaction- If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return it within 3 days of the original delivered date.
