Superb watch and service

The thing I like the most with any product I purchase is the service, I've had this for almost a month now — been 3 weeks —, had issues with the first watch they immediately sent a replacement the next day. Watch looks superb and is easy to integrate into outfits, also a head-turner as well.

Great Customer Service and Great Watches!

When I first started my order it only took 1 and a half days to get to me. It was a nice watch it looks exactly how it should, however after setting it I realized that the hour hand and minute hand weren't properly aligned so it could never show the exact time. I reached out to them to inquire on what do to or if I could get it replaced. They replied the same day and told me they would replace it without hesitation. The following days they sent it to me and I got the new watch. The new watch is working as intended. I texted them again to inquire on what to do with the old watch if I should send it back; they replied with "Love to hear it! ❤️ Since it's the holidays, just keep it nalang. We want zero stress & hassle on your side.

Again, happy holidays 🎄. " They show exceptional service! I highly recommend this store and will definitely consider buying again.
